This information notice describes the methods of managing this site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who will attend to the National Meeting in Medicinal Chemistry (NMMC2019) which will held in Milan 16-19 July 2019. Purposes and legal basis of the data processing

During the normal usage of the internet services provided by the site, some personal data (such as IP address, data related to the device used for the navigation, internet service provider, date and time of the website visit) are automatically transmitted by the protocols of internet communication. All this information is processed in automatic way and collected together to obtain statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and is not associated with identified users; however, by its nature and by association with data held by third parties, it could allow for the identification of the interested parties. This data is removed from the systems after the preparation of the statistics and is stored offline exclusively to ascertain liability in the case of computer crimes and it may only be consulted upon request by the judicial authority.
